Hilton Mystic Hotel

This hotel is perfect for me, offering fast Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a delicious breakfast. The staff even helped me print important documents during my first visit. I feel well cared for here!

Fairly clean great value hotel with a nice pool and an unbeatable location really close to Mystic, restaurants and aquarium, local attractions. Amiable, helpful staff with smiling face. Outstanding food.

Just stayed one night. Very comfortable nice place and all was good. Comfortable beds and rooms.

The lobby had a strong air freshener scent and it made me sneeze.

Room very luxurious detail for price. Gourmet food.

Its rooms are brand-new and immaculate with double beds and the aquarium, as for instance for a such great stay😀

The hotel was very convenient to get to and from. It was amazingly quiet, despite being full of people and events!! Very comfy, and I'd recomend it highly!

I like a firmer pillow, it'd be nice if they had various "kinds".

The servers at breakfast were excellent, as was the omlet chef and the food in general.

The cleaning service didn't clean our roomvery thoroughly daily.

I did not like the fact that I was charges for a king sized room and given a queen room. When I spoke to th front desk the response given was "Im new and i don't know" I probably won't be staying there again.

Nice rooms. But need new cots. No one slept on it. It had springs comming through

We liked the location & on first research it looked like it was the only hotel within walking distance of the aquarium. It was not worth the money. We would have preferred to stay at the holiday in express. It would have been a longer trip to aquarium, but much cheaper & nicer, plus continental breakfast.

Staff was incredibly rude in the bar/restaurant. They were literally telling people they couldn't help them, they were complaining they were too busy to take people's orders, etc. We were trying to spend money but clearly they did not want our money. We asked if we could change the channel on the tv in the lounge and we were told very rudely "absolutely not" like we were children in school. The woman who said that did change it for us but there was no reason for her crappy response, same with the bar staff. Their rudeness was completely uncalled for.
